💖 How the Lunaé Lingerie Subscription Works

Welcome to the Lunaé ritual — your monthly moment of softness, sensuality, and self-love, delivered directly to your doorstep. Here’s everything you need to know (with all the dreamy details and important notes too).


📦 What’s Inside?

Each month, you’ll receive a carefully curated Lunaé lingerie set — delicate lace, cloud-soft fabrics, flattering silhouettes, and a seasonal touch of magic.
Your parcel may also include a small surprise — a crystal, a ritual card, or a feminine keepsake — chosen to align with the energy of the month.

No two months are ever the same — because your radiance deserves something new.


💳 How Billing Works

When you join Lunaé, you begin a rolling monthly subscription. Here's how it flows:

  • You'll be billed each month on the date you first subscribed

  • UK shipping is complimentary, always

  • International orders may incur shipping and local customs fees

Manage your subscription anytime via your account.


📅 Shipping Rhythm

Boxes are packed with care and sent between the 1st–10th of each month.

Estimated arrival:

  • UK: Mid-month

  • International: Timing varies with customs

✨ Example: Join on Jan 1st, receive your first box in early Feb.


Pause or Cancel Anytime
Life shifts — we get it. You can cancel before your next billing date to avoid charges.
Once your box is prepared, we can’t refund unless there’s an issue.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, returns aren’t accepted unless your item arrives faulty. If that happens, email us within 7 days — we promise to make it right, the Lunaé way.


💕 Your Style, Your Moon Mood

We consider your style preferences when curating each box, but as collections are limited-edition, surprises are part of the Lunaé experience.
We welcome your feedback to shape future boxes.


🔄 Changes to the Subscription

From time to time, we may update the price, contents, or frequency. If so, we’ll always tell you first.


😓 Missed a Payment?

We’ll try again if payment fails. If we can’t process after a few attempts, your subscription may pause.
Keep your billing info up to date so your Lunaé magic stays on track.


🌍 For Our International Moonlovers

Import duties/VAT may apply and are not included in your price. We wish we could change that — but we can promise it’ll arrive wrapped in something lovely 💌
